  8. Make ready 2 tsp malai
  9. Make ready 4 tsp oil

Instructions to make Peas Makhana:
  1. Pressure cook the peas. Cut some makhanas into halves.
  2. Make a fine paste of tomato. Dry roast the makhans.
  3. In a wok, add oil. Heat it up. Add asafoetida, cumin. Add tomato paste. Stir fry it.
  4. Now add malai. Add peas and makhanas. Stir fry them for 2 minutes.
