  1. Prepare 1 cup crumbled homemade Paneer
  2. Get 1 Onion chopped
  3. Take 1 Tomato chopped or pureed
  4. Get 1/2 cup Peas
  5. Prepare 1/2 ” Ginger grated
  6. Prepare 2-3 pods garlic
  7. Prepare 2 Tbsp ghee
  8. Prepare 1/2 tsp whole cumin seeds
  9. Prepare 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  10. Make ready 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  11. Prepare 1 tsp coriander powder
  12. Prepare to taste salt
  13. Get 1 green chili
  14. Take 2 Tbsp coriander leaves

Steps to make Paneer Bhurji with peas:
  1. Wash and keep peas ready - Crumble the paneer with hands and keep aside
  2. Take ghee in a pan and add cumin seeds - - When they splutter add chopped onion, Ginger and garlic
  3. When they turn soft and pink add dry Masalas and stir well. - When the Masala gets aromatic add tomato and green chili. I add green chili to the grinder along with tomato and purée them together.
  4. Mix the purée and let it cook - - Then add peas and cook them till the raw flavor is gone
  5. Now add crumbled paneer and mix everything well - Cover and let it cook for 5 min more so that all the flavors blend together nicely.
  6. Add chopped coriander leaves and serve it hot with roti, paranthe or purée.
