  4. Add in the chopped onion and curry leaves and saute till onion becomes translucent, around 2 minutes.
  5. Add in the peas and cook for another minute.
  6. Once the onions are done, add turmeric powder and salt. Stir it then add the rinsed poha and mix well.
  7. Cook for 2-3 minutes, uncovered. - Check salt, squeeze in some fresh lemon juice.
  8. Serve hot poha with chai.
