  1. Prepare 2 cups flour
  2. Get 6 eggs boiled
  3. Prepare 1 beaten egg
  4. Take 6 tbsp milk
  5. Prepare 3 tsp butter
  6. Take 1 tsp baking powder
  7. Take 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  8. Prepare 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  9. Prepare 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  10. Take 1/4 cup sugar
  11. Make ready 1/4 tsp salt
  12. Take Water

Steps to make Nigerian egg rolls:
  1. Prepare all your ingredients and letโ€™s go๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ’ƒ๐Ÿฝ
  2. In a bowl, add milk, sugar, salt, nutmeg, cinnamon and baking powder.
  3. Add butter and mix until crumb like
  4. Add beaten egg, vanilla extract and water and mix.
  5. Knead on a clean surface for 10 mins to form a dough, cover dough with cling film and allow to rest for 15 mins.
  6. Boil and peel your eggs
  7. After dough has finished resting, get it and knead again for 1 min
  8. Roll out and cut into equal sizes
  9. Flatten dough on hand and put egg
  10. Gently wrap it up and mould to round shape.
  11. Heat oil on medium heat and fry until golden brown
