The ingredients needed to make Whole wheat flour bread:
  1. Take 2 cups whole wheat flour
  2. Take 2 cups flour
  3. Prepare 1 egg
  4. Get 2 tablespoons yeast
  5. Prepare 1 cup sugar
  6. Take 4 tablespoons butter
  7. Make ready 1 cup lukewarm water

Once the bread is done mixing flour your hands and take the bowl off and pull though dough out on to the lightly floured portion of your cupboard. I made this bread before but with white flour but since I'm on this health kick lately I thought I'd try it with whole wheat flour and what a surprise I had. Instructions to make Whole wheat flour bread:
  1. Mix all dry ingredients in a clean bowl, add egg, water and knead till soft, now add in the butter and kneed for 15mins untill a very soft, elastic and non sticky dough is formed
  2. Place dough in a clean container and cover with a clean kitchen towel.
  3. Leave dough to rise for 30 minutes
  4. Now kneed dough again, Grease your pan with butter and place dough. Cover and leave dough to rise again for 15 minutes
  5. Your dough should look similar to this after 15minutes
  6. Use a clean brush to rub egg yolk on the dough
  7. Preheat oven and bake for 30mins
  8. Remove bread from oven and rub a little butter on it while its still hot. Enjoy!
