  5. Get 1 tsp Vanilla essence

  1. Put the butter and sugar into a bowl and beat until smooth. Beat in the egg yolk and vanilla essence.
  2. Add the prepared flour and mix well.
  3. Roll dough out to 1/4 inch thick or just under 1/4 inch thick.
  4. Chill the dough for 30-60 minutes.
  5. Meanwhile set the oven for 180℃ Gas mark4
  6. Cut out the dough.and bake for 15 minutes.
