Instructions to make Sugar puffs:
  1. Preheat the oven to 220 degree celcius and prepare your ingredients.
  2. Melt butter and sugar in a saucepan on a gentle heat, just until the butter melts. Sift flour in a bowl and beat the eggs in another bowl.
  3. Once the butter melts and boil, turn off the heat and pour in the flour. Mix it until the batter forms a smooth mixture and a ball. Put into a clean bowl and leave it to cool for about 5-10 minutes.
  4. Once it cools down, pour in the beaten eggs (bit by bit) and mix until the eggs and the batter are well combined and shiny text and the dough can form a kind of 'triangle' shape when you lift it up.
  5. Put the batter into a piping bag and pipe on a baking sheet. Bake for about 20 minutes or until risen and golden color.
  6. Let it cool on a cooling rack and dust with powdered sugar. Serve and enjoy!
