The ingredients needed to make Corn kebabs:
  1. Make ready 2 cup corn boiled
  2. Get 2 boiled potatoes
  3. Get 1 onion
  4. Take 1 sp green chilly paste
  5. Make ready 4 sp corriander leaves finely chopped
  6. Take 2 sp pudina powder/fresh leaves
  7. Prepare 1 sp ginger paste
  8. Get 1 sp lemon juice
  9. Get 2 sp rice flour
  10. Make ready 2 sp besan
  11. Get 2 bread slices
  12. Get 1 sp garam masala
  13. Get 1 sp pepper powder
  14. Take to taste Salt
  15. Prepare Oil for frying

Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them as kebabs. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the kebabs until they turn golden & crisp. Corn Kebab is ready to eat. Serve hot with sauce or mint chutney.

Instructions to make Corn kebabs:
  1. Grind corn coarsely in mixijar.
  2. Take in mixing bowl mash the potatoes add chopped onion, corriander leaves,pudina powder, ginger chilly paste.
  3. Now add garam masala, pepper powder,salt,some roughly chopped corns,lemon juice.
  4. Crush bread slices with hands and add to the mixture and mix well. Keep it in fridge for 10min.
  5. Now make kabab shapes. Heat oil in kadai and deep fry kababs.
  6. Serve hot kababs with mint chutney and sauce.
