The ingredients needed to make Corn dhokla:
  1. Get 1 cup semolina (rava)
  2. Prepare 1/2 cup curd
  3. Make ready 1 cup sweet corn (peeled)
  4. Prepare 2 tablespoon ginger and chilli paste
  5. Take 1 tablespoon oil
  6. Make ready Pinch hing/asafoetida
  7. Take Pinch turmeric powder
  8. Take 2 tsp lemon juice
  9. Prepare 1/2 tsp eno
  10. Take Pinch Black pepper powder
  11. Prepare Pinch red chilli powder
  12. Make ready 1 tablespoon chopped coriander
  13. Get 1/2 cup water
  14. Get to taste Salt
  15. Make ready as needed Oil for greasing
  16. Make ready For tadka
  17. Get 3 tablespoon oil
  18. Prepare 1/4 tablespoon Mustard seeds
  19. Make ready 1 tsp coriander leave for garnishing

Instructions to make Corn dhokla:
  1. First boiled the sweet corn and after boiling peeled it
  2. take a bowl mix semolina, curd, sweet corn,green chillies & ginger paste, salt to taste, hing, turmeric powder, pinch of black pepper& 1 tsp oil.
  3. Now add water & mix well. Than allow the batter rest for 10 to 15 mins
  4. After 15 mins rava will absorb water so add some more water & add lemon juice in it & whiske well. Just before steaming add eno and mix well
  5. Now grease dokla plate with oil & pour dokla batter in it. Steam corn dokla immediately in a hot water steamer. Keep it for 10- 15 mins
  6. After that dokla is done. Remove it from steamer. Allow it to cook. Than cut it into small diamond shape pieces. Sprinkle coriander on them
  7. Now for tempering. Heat oil & add mustard seeds. Allow them to crackle. Than pour it on dokla. Dhokla are ready to serve
