  1. Prepare 1 medium corn
  2. Prepare 2 medium boiled potatoes
  3. Prepare 1 green chilli
  4. Make ready 1 tsp ginger garlic paste

  11. Take 2 tbspn corn flour

Instructions to make Corn kabab:
  1. Firstly take corn in cooker. Add water and take 2-3 whistles on medium flame.
  2. Once it settles take out corn and then using knife slice the corn kernels.
  3. Keep some corn aside and rest corn put in blender jar and add green chilli.
  4. Grind to semi-fine paste or smooth paste (acc to your choice).
  5. Now take a bowl, mash the boiled potato, add the corn paste and rest all spices including lemon juice too.
  6. Now add cornflour. Mix well and cover the bowl and refrigerate for 30min.
  7. After 30 mins take out the mixture.
  8. Now grease your palm, take a portion of the mixture. Shape and roll it on a bamboo skewer (as shown in pic). Make all and keep it in a plate
  9. Now heat the pan add 1 tbsp oil and put the corn.
  10. Turn slowly and gently all around and make it crispy and golden brown.
  11. Corn kababs are ready. Enjoy them with chutneys.
