The ingredients needed to make Corn Noodles:
  1. Take 1 packet noodles
  2. Get As required water
  3. Make ready 1/4 tsp salt
  4. Make ready 1/2 bowl corn
  5. Make ready 1 sp Cooking Oil for boiling noodls and corn
  6. Get For seasoning :
  7. Get 2 tb sp cooking oil
  8. Take 1 big onion
  9. Prepare 1/2 Green capsicum
  10. Prepare 1/2 red capsicum
  11. Make ready 1 Tomato
  12. Get 2 Green chilli
  13. Take 1 tsp orgeno
  14. Get 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  15. Take 1/2 tsp garam masala
  16. Prepare 1/4 tsp Black pepper
  17. Get 2 tb sp white vinegar
  18. Get 2 tb sp soya sauce
  19. Get 2 tb sp tomato ketchup
  20. Prepare 2 tb sp Green chilli sauce
  21. Take To taste salt

Steps to make Corn Noodles:
  1. Boil water in a pan. Add noodles, corn, 1/4 tsp salt and 1 tsp Cooking Oil in pan. Let boiling point comes again.
  2. In the meanwhile peel, Wash and chop onions, red and green capsicums, tomato and green chilli.
  3. When boiling point comes in noodles, immediately remove it in a sieve and let excess water drain. Soak chopped green chilli in vinegar. Keep ready soya sauce, vinegar and vinegar soaked green chilli.
  4. Heat oil in a wok. Add chopped onion. Saute for 1 minute. Now add red, green capsicums, tomato and green chilli and saute for 2 minutes.
  5. Add noodles and corn and mix. Add red chilli powder, salt and orgeno and mix.
  6. Now add soya sauce, tomato ketchup, vinegar, green chilli soaked in vinegar and chilli sauce as per taste and mix. Saute for 30 seconds on low flame. Switch off the flame.
  7. Serve noodles hot with Tomato ketchup.
