  1. Get 4-5 cups Corn kernels
  2. Take 1 tsp Chat Masala or to taste
  3. Get 1 tbsp Red Chilli powder
  4. Make ready 2-3 tbsp Butter
  5. Get 1 tbsp Lemon juice

Steps to make Butter Corn/Bhutta:
  1. Boil Corn on a high heat with little Salt in enough water until done. Set aside. Deseed the kernels as required. Heat Butter in a non stick pan. Add Corn kernels and saute them on a low heat. Stir in Red Chilli powder, Salt and Lemon juice.
  2. Roasting on stovetop can be a little quick or a bit of more time making them crunchier. The choice is entirely one's own.
