The ingredients needed to make Corn Kheer:
  1. Prepare 1/2 cups Corn Kernels
  2. Prepare 1 litre Milk
  3. Prepare 1tsp - Ghee
  4. Get as per taste Sugar
  5. Get 2 tbsp Almonds (finely chopped)
  6. Get 2 tbsp - Cashew nuts
  7. Take 2 tablespoons Bread crumbs
  8. Prepare 1/4 tsp cardamom powder
  9. Prepare 8-10 Saffron thread soaked

How to make Sweet Corn Kheer. Kheer is now ready, turn off the flame and take out kheer in a bowl. Garnish with finely chopped cashews and almonds. Sweet Corn has a natural sweetness and a wonderful flavor that suits best for a kheer.

Instructions to make Corn Kheer:
  1. Boiled and Grind the corn coarsely.
  2. Heat ghee in a pan, and roast crushed corn for min at low flame.
  3. Mean while heat milk in a deep heavy bottom pan.
  4. Add sugar to the milk and cardamom powder. Mix well and boiled it till it thickened.
  5. Add corn and mix well.
  6. Add saffron milk and mix. Add chopped dry fruits. Mix well.
  7. Let the kheer cool down to room temperature. Then keep it in a refrigerator to chill. Served it chilled.
