The ingredients needed to make Corn uttapam:
  1. Get 1 cup Crushed corn (american)
  2. Make ready 1/2 cup Chopped onion capsicum tomato all together
  3. Prepare 1 cup suji (rava)
  4. Take 1/4 cup Besan
  5. Get 1 tbspoon wheatflour
  6. Get 1/2 cup Curd
  7. Get to taste Green chilli ginger paste acc
  8. Make ready to taste Salt, tamarind acc
  9. Take Chopped coriander
  10. Take Oil / butter for cooking
  11. Prepare Green chutney for serving

Instructions to make Corn uttapam:
  1. Mix all the ingredients in a mixing bowl add little water
  2. Let the mixture rest for at least 10 mins consistency should be like idli batter
  3. Heat dosa pan. Brush it with oil spread the corn batter on the hot pan pour little oil or butter. let it cook for 5 to 7 mins on both the sides on medium to high flame
  4. Your yummy uttapam is ready to serve for your loved ones😋
