  2. Take 2 tbsp Corn flour:
  3. Take As required Salt
  4. Prepare 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder (Adjust accordingly)
  5. Get As needed Oil: For deep frying
  6. Make ready 1 Onion
  7. Get 1/2 Green chillies
  8. Get As needed Coriander leaves for garnishing

Steps to make Crispy Corn Kernels:
  1. Take two cornels and remove the outer layer. Using a knife separate corn kernels from the cob.
  2. Transfer them into a bowl.,add corn starch, red chilli powder, required amount of salt. Mix thoroughly so that corn flour and spices coat the corn kernels evenly.
  3. Heat kadai and pour oil for deep frying. When the oil becomes hot deep fry the corn kernels in batches. After frying transfer them onto a serving plate which contains kitchen paper towel to absorb excess oil.
  4. Now heat pan, drizzle little oil. Put chopped onions, chopped green chilli and coriander leaves. Sauté for few seconds.
  5. Transfer the fried crispy Corn Kernels onto a Serving plate. Garnish with sautéed onions and serve immediately.
