  1. Maida mein baking powder aur baking soda daal kar 2 time chaan lain. - Aik bowl mein 2 eggs ke sath pona cup sugar ko beat kar ke smooth aur fluffy bana lain.
  2. Ab eggs ke mixture mein oil, milk, lemon juice, zest, yellow food colour namk aur dry ingredients (maida baking powder baking soda) ko slowly fold kar lain - Cake mould ko butter laga kar dry maida chirak lain
  3. .Ab cake mixture ko cake mould mein daal kar tap karay counter main.. - Pateelay mein 35 to 40 min time hai.
  4. Preheated pateelay mein koi stand rakh kar upar cake mould rakh kar dhakan se cover kar dein or dhakan ko be kabray se cover karay takay pan main steam na banay..aur 35 se 40 minutes bake kar lain. (Cake ready in 35 min)
