The ingredients needed to make Simple Buns:
  1. Take 500 g All Purpose Flour
  2. Prepare 500 ml milk
  3. Make ready 2 Tbsps yeast
  4. Make ready 50 g Sugar
  5. Make ready 4 Tbsps Margarine
  6. Prepare 1 egg

Instructions to make Simple Buns:
  1. Mix all the dry ingredients together and gradually add warm milk and melted margarine. Knead the dough for 10mins. Place in a bowl and cover with a towel for 30mins.
  2. After proofing, spread margarine in a baking tray and cut the dough in your preferred size, cover with a towel for 30mins.
  3. Mix the egg and brush on the dough. In a Pre-heated oven of 350°, place the dough to bake for 25-30mins.
  4. Once ready, remove from the oven and cover with a towel until cooled. Serve with a hot cup of ginger tea
