The ingredients needed to make Roasted potatoes and peas:
  1. Make ready 4 potatoes, peeled,1/2 inch cubes
  2. Make ready 1 1/2 cups frozen peas
  3. Take 1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive oil, good quality
  4. Take to taste Dill weed
  5. Prepare to taste Italian seasoning
  6. Get to taste Onion powder
  7. Take to taste Sea salt
  8. Get to taste Fresh cracked black pepper
  9. Take 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
  10. Prepare 1/4 cup vegetable broth

Instructions to make Roasted potatoes and peas:
  1. Combine peas and cubed potatoes in a 9 inch aluminum pan
  2. Add Olive oil and stir in to coat veggies
  3. Add Dill, Italian seasoning, onion powder, sea salt, and pepper, mix with spoon to incorporate
  4. Top with Parmesan cheese and bake at 350° for 45mins
  5. Remove from oven, use spoon to turn over veggies, add veggie broth and bake for 10-15 mins
  6. Serve and enjoy
