  1. Prepare 400 gram wheat flour
  2. Prepare 100 ml water
  3. Prepare to taste Salt
  4. Make ready 5 tsp ghee
  5. Get 300 gram boiled peas
  6. Prepare 1 tsp chilli powder
  7. Prepare 1 tsp coriander powder
  8. Make ready 1 tsp dry mango powder
  9. Take 1 tsp sugar powder
  10. Make ready 2 tsp gram flour
  11. Prepare 2 tsp oil
  12. Make ready 1 tsp ginger garlic paste

Instructions to make Peas Paratha:
  1. Firts of all in a bowl take wheat flour,1 tbs ghee,salt and using water make mild soft dough and keep aside for five minutes
  2. Now for filling take pan add oil then add boiled and coarsely grinded peas and cook for 2 minutes
  3. Now add all dry spices mention above and cook for 2 minutes
  4. Now add gram flour and cook. For 3 minutes this will give filling binding consistency
  5. Now take a ball from dough and flatten it now apply ghee and fill the filling of peas inside it and cover it again
  6. Now again roll it and flatten it in shape of paratha and now apply ghee on both sides of paratha for cooking it on hot tava
  7. Serve hot with chatny or curd and enjoy
