The ingredients needed to make Peas paratha:
  1. Prepare 100 gm atta(wheat flour)
  2. Get 300 gm green peas
  3. Take 1 inch ginger
  4. Make ready 1 Green chilli
  5. Get 1 tsp Hing(asafoetida)
  6. Get as needed Refined oil
  7. Make ready as needed Water
  8. Prepare to taste Salt

Steps to make Peas paratha:
  1. Take flour in a bowl add salt and 1 tbsp of refine oil and mixed it
  2. Add water and gently Knead and make a fine dough and keep it aside for 30 mins
  3. Grind the peas with ginger,chilli,hing and salt to a fine paste l
  4. Now take a trying pan add oil and saute the peas till the rawness absorbed
  5. Saute for few mins
  6. Take flour dough and make it a medium sized ball
  7. Roll the ball with a rolling pin and give it a poori like shape
  8. Now stuff the peas inside and spread all over so that it covers the entire space
  9. Slowly closed the edge and fold it
  10. And roll it gently and give it a paratha shape
  11. In a tawa gently fry both the sides applying ghee or oil
  12. Fry both the sides equally
  13. The paratha is ready to serve
