  2. Take 3 tbsp Oil
  3. Take 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
  4. Prepare 3+4 Cloves
  5. Get 5-6 Black peppercorns
  6. Get 1 cardamom
  7. Take 1 Bay Leaf
  8. Take 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  9. Make ready 2 tsp Biryani Masala
  10. Make ready 2-3 Green Chillies (Slit into half)
  11. Take 1 cup Peas
  12. Prepare 2-3 Lemon slices
  13. Take 2 cup Water
  14. Take to taste Salt

Steps to make Peas pulao:
  1. At first wash,rinse and shock rice for 30 miuts
  2. Heat oil in a pressure pan.add cumin seeds, cloves, black peppercorns, bay leaves cardamom and bay leaf.Let them crackle for a few seconds.
  3. Add ginger and garlic paste and fry for 2-3 minutes. - Now add biryani masala and cook for a minute
  4. Add green chillies, peas and fry for 3 minutes.. - Drain the rice and add it in the pan alomg with water and salt.
  5. Add water and put the lid of the pan. - Cook it for 2 wistile..
  6. Let the rice rest for 5 minutes. - Searv hot.our peas pulav is ready to searv.
