  2. Prepare 1 tsp vinegar
  3. Take For Sabzi
  4. Take 3 onions finely chopped
  5. Make ready 3 tomatoes puree
  6. Make ready 10 cashews
  7. Prepare 1 tbs red chilli powder
  8. Take 1 tsp coriander powder
  9. Get 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  10. Prepare 2 tbs fresh cream
  11. Prepare to taste Salt
  12. Take 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  13. Take 1 tsp kadhai masala
  14. Get 2 tsp oil
  15. Prepare 1 cup boiled green peas

Steps to make Peas Paneer:
  1. Boil milk add vinegar to curdle milk strain it with muslin cloth rinse with water and squeeze extra water and keep aside
  2. Heat oil in pan add onions saute it till golden brown in colour add ginger garlic paste saute add tomatoes puree mix it and cook till oil separate add dry spices red chilli powder turmeric powder coriander powder salt
  3. Add green peas Paneer kadahi masala mix it properly add cream water or milk to adjust consistency
  4. Add Paneer and cook for few minutes and serve with roti nan paratha
